How long your order takes and how to track it.
United States: 15–30 days after dispatch.
Worldwide: 30–45 days after dispatch.
Add 2–5 business days of processing before dispatch.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take a few extra days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, before you pay. The rate depends on your destination.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours.
Destinations
- United States and U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico.
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Most international destinations.
Customs, duties and taxes
Brand Vault PR is not responsible for customs fees, duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or damaged in transit
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, keep the packaging and the damaged item, and contact us at support@smarthomeutilities.com so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
